I've been learning that yeah a hundred percent I've been posting every morning for the last 30 some days at least one

video I've kind of run out of new content I'm learning how to creatively rework the content that I have and you

realize really quickly that that that one set of content can be three to four times the amount of content if you just

that that all just kind of came recently off the back and that's across multiple or that's correct so I like to use four

platforms Facebook Instagram Tick Tock YouTube and across those four I'm sitting at about 150k followers okay

some of those platforms it's is the bigger chunk of that some of them have hardly any you know YouTube I have 257
